List of suggestions.

Just because i am new doesn't mean i am an idiot please take my suggestions seriosly as i am hoping to become active to this private server.
Try to get a V-Bulletin Forum, or try to sort this one out a bit ( At the tab on the top of the page the graph, sword and 1 look really tatty, try to make that into a tab and center the tab's at bottom of page.
On the Home page make that chat-box close-able or try to move to bottom of page because it isn't used much and is a bit of an eye saw.
Make a download tab at the top for a direct link to download page.
Delete all non Administrator/Moderator announcements and make it only able for Administrator to post announcements and moderators to do so with administrators permission.
Instead of putting all of the media sections ( Video's, Graphics, ect...) into one section make a section called media.
If possible try to use a better website template, one with a more calming color scheme like Grey and blue ect... red and black is very in your face and makes the website look cheap.
Also some better graphcis around the forum.
Finally make avatars smaller! big ones are horrible and ugly (A V-bulliten forum would fix most of these and make it look less cheap with a nice template like rsbot.org or avalane.com.
